FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Veteran Discount. My goal is to eventually grow this business enough to offer these services completely free to veterans facing financial hardship. Until then, I proudly offer a modest 15% discount to veterans as a small way to give back while building something meaningful.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start with a free consultation to discuss your goals for the space, what you would like to accomplish, and how much time you would like to dedicate to the process. Decluttering is a team effort, and your input is an important part of creating a closet or space that feels functional, peaceful, and personalized to your lifestyle. (Preference is in person, but we can do video depending on distance.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and 21 years of experience in logistics. Through both my education and professional background, I’ve developed strong organizational systems, planning skills, and an eye for creating efficient, functional spaces. While I won’t treat your home like a business, I do approach organizing in a logical and streamlined way that helps bring your vision for the space to life. Whether your goal is to create more calmness, functionality, joy, or simply less stress in your day-to-day life, I tailor the process to what works best for you. We can keep things simple, or we can get as detailed and structured as you’d like — including labeling systems, categorized storage, and highly organized layouts. Every project is personalized because every person and home functions differently.
