Introduction: We offer a workout brought to the general public that keeps you looking like a dancer without putting stress on your joints and using your own body's resistance.
This workout can be done at any age and even in a class setting, at your own pace. It is as if you have your own personal trainer. It is Pilates (not mat) completely done on a ballet bar. The beauty is you need not be a dancer to do this workout.
