- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base rate starts at $60/hr for an individual private class and scales upwards from there, based on the number of students. If you are looking for a large group/corporate class (25+ people), I have a flat fee of $250. I do offer discounted rates for booking multiple sessions as well as package deals for long term commitments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask you some questions about your history (skill level with yoga, previous injuries, goals of your yoga practice, etc). Then I will build your first class with you that is personalized to your goals & skill level. I love working with you to build a solid yoga foundation, so there is the option to set up a month long program with me that supports your growth into the space of yoga (number of times per week vary based on your desires). After that month long program, we can decide together how we would like to move forward!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All together, I have 500 hours of certified training completed. I have gone through a 300 hr trauma-informed yoga teaching program, as well as my initial 200 hr yoga teaching program. Within these, I have learned to teach a variety of yoga types, including Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa, and breathwork.
