Introduction: Enthusiasm, integrity and experience. As the Fired Up! Motivator, I have to live what I speak about and practice what I preach. As a 29 year entrepreneur, I have certainly made plenty of mistakes and learned from them. My focus is always on the needs of the group I am speaking to, how to add value, provide useful information in a fun, uplifting manner and enhance their experience. As a member of the National Speakers Association since 1996, I adhere to a strict code of ethics and only want to do good business for good people. I love the results we are able to generate together. Working with clients and their employees to create greater success, more teamwork, a better work environment where everyone feels valued and has the tools they need to thrive results in more business and sales for the company. One business I worked with in April, Dunham Insurance, has had the 5 best months in the history of the company and met their December goals in August. It is a great joy to see their success and continue to work with them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we connect to see if there is a fit. I learn everything I can about a customer's needs and issues and determine what might be the best solutions based on our conversation. We explore options together and I prepare a written proposal. I only proceed with written authorization from the client. We then go forward from there. My goal is to create win-win relationships that have long-term value for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend National Speakers Association events regularly, and am constantly taking trainings and courses to better my skill set. As a leader of teleseminars and webinars, I take many of those as well. I am a lifelong learner, reading books, listening to audios and reading business journals and Success Magazine monthly. I also have daily RSS feeds on stress, burnout and productivity.
