- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we connect to see if there is a fit. I learn everything I can about a customer's needs and issues and determine what might be the best solutions based on our conversation. We explore options together and I prepare a written proposal. I only proceed with written authorization from the client. We then go forward from there. My goal is to create win-win relationships that have long-term value for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend National Speakers Association events regularly, and am constantly taking trainings and courses to better my skill set. As a leader of teleseminars and webinars, I take many of those as well. I am a lifelong learner, reading books, listening to audios and reading business journals and Success Magazine monthly. I also have daily RSS feeds on stress, burnout and productivity.
