Currently certified in both Barre and Mat Pilates In progress with NASM PT cert and Health Coaching Cert from Integrated Nutrition. 3+ years of group fitness instruction - Barre, Pilates, HIIT, Strength Training, and more!

I have worked in a group fitness setting for over 3 years and done one-on-one coaching for all fitness levels.
