We are a Smaller -5 man team (Plus wife at the office). yet we are a professional and responsive Electrical company. Our company covers all areas in residential/commercial Electricity. From outlet replacements, to panel upgrades, to full custom build outs, to commercial EV charging stations. I specialize in 3 things: Professionalism, Affordability, and costumer service. I'm flexible when it comes to my client’s budgets, and every job -even the smaller jobs- are taken seriously. If you hire me, you can be sure that you’ll have the full attention of a master electrician (myself, Jairo) to take care of your electrical needs. The percs of running a small company is that i oversee all projects myself. I make sure that every single job done by us looks aesthetically pleasing and i don’t leave until it is. We are LICENSED AND INSURED. I come out to do every estimate myself, and i will always be straight forward with clients on our costs and schedules. I don’t run my business on making unrealistic promises on budget costs, timelines, accepting a down payment, and then dragging the job until i am actually available like most florida contractors. If my schedule can’t meet yours, i am not afraid to lose the job. I like being on the same page with my clients so that we are all happy and pleased at the end of every single job.

If you are like me, finding honest, competent and skilled tradesmen is akin to finding dentists, physicians and attorneys which you can swear by. After speaking with Jario for a few minutes I felt comfortable that I was not going to have to check on his every action or feel I was being overcharged and underserved. He has a good and honest head on his shoulders, will show up when he says he will, and takes pride in the quality of his work. Rare qualities today. My work consisted of replacing the entire electric panel, adding an external 50A RV plug and 30A generator input plug and two 50A connections for a tankless water heater. Cost was under $5K and finished in two days. I will have him back for more work soon.

A++++. Jairo & Lauren were awesome at responding to my messages, answering my questions, setting & confirming my appointment. John & Danny arrived masked & on time. I was told by a contractor, an electrician & our last lighting store (where we brought our transformers to get repaired), that I needed the lights replaced. ***hours and hours online there are 10,000 + lights that fit the criteria I put in search filter**very very frustrated. These guys checked everything thoroughly. Discovered project 1, had wrong voltage on bulbs. Ugh… yea…so pins and watts were right…felt relief and like an idiot….lol. So no need to replace 5 pendants. Project 2, transformers (2), were incorrectly wired inside the box (thanks to lighting store :( ). They found out by opening up the box. Project 3, new 3 light track system replacement- no need to replace because it was just the dimmer switch…..The entire time they didn’t try to talk down to me or make me feel worse….. class act these guys…Yes they were very professional & I told them I would be in a separate room so they didn’t need to wear their masks whole time. They wore their masks the WHOLE time. I’ve read reviews where this is important to people. Yes they’re valuable (Thumbtack only allowed me to choose 3)!!! Not having to shop for new lights = priceless, would’ve given them my 1st born at this point…..Value wasn’t the best thing about this company, ALL the above reasons are. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know the details on a job before throwing an estimate. I dislike it when an estimate is given and then the actual job comes up to be way more than the estimate. So I like to give an estimate that will be as close or exact to the actual job cost
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Transparency is key. Knowing you can trust the people you hire, and that they are going to do the work right, and price you honestly is very important to me.
