If you are looking for a contractor that truly cares about quality, communication, and doing things the right way, I cannot recommend Sunbiz Construction enough. We have worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and this company is on a completely different level.
From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. Their attention to detail is honestly incredible. Every phase of the project was handled with care, and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. They don’t cut corners, they don’t disappear halfway through the job, and they actually show up when they say they will — which is rare these days.
What impressed us most was how knowledgeable they were about coastal construction, permitting, code requirements, and high-end finishes. They took the time to explain everything, offered great suggestions, and treated our home like it was their own. The crew was respectful, clean, hardworking, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire project.
