We had our first lesson today. Sharon was great with our dog and with us as the owners. She demonstrated how to work with our dog and then had us do the training exercises. She gave us feedback on how to do them which was very helpful. I would highly recommend BarkBusters and in particular, Sharon.

I have only had one lesson so far but already my dog has shown major improvement. Sharon worked with my dog wonderfully, she was attentive to his anxiety around people and by the end of the lesson he was in her lap giving kisses. When I ask for an appointment they are scheduled quickly and always within a few days. In between lessons I text her any questions I have and she always responds quickly. I am very happy with the training we are receiving! Would highly recommend.

I hired Sharon to get behavioral training for both Baloo and I. Baloo is my almost year old English bulldog/Sharpei mix pup. I'm totally not exaggerating when I say this, but just within 10-15 mins of assertive training Baloo made so much improvement on his leash aggressive behavior and his dominant tug-o-war "play". Sharon is absolutely amazing when it comes to understanding dog language. Sharon's lovely attitude and vast knowledge is worth every single dollar!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You should expect to get immediate improvement in your dog’s behavior & guaranteed support as needed should your dog’s behavior revert or change even if your objectives change.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because I’m recommend by so many veterinary offices, I stay fairly booked. My office assistant typically reaches out to answer new inquiries & schedules initial appointments for me to meet customers & their dogs at their home, where dogs learn best. Home is also where most dog behavioral issues are rooted. Once I arrive, I do an interview of my customers goals. Within 2-2.5hours on the fist session, most people are relieved about the the transformation in their dog’s behavior to align with their goals. I ensure my customers can easily repeat the dog-friendly regiment that I’ve laid out to help their dogs feel more relaxed, more cooperative & more respectful of their owners. Each customer then gets unlimited follow up help as needed.
