Charged double original estimate. Only needed rubber gasket to tank bolt replaced. performed extra work without permission and charged for it. Could have purchased a really good new toilet for what i was billed.

I quoted a minimum price over the phone.The toilet need more than just a gasket.And the tenant tried to make repairs and stripped the bolt.The American Standard Champions toilet required special parts. I don't do patch work.
