FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full service, no kill, honey bee rescue and colony relocation provider. As a rescue we disclose all prices in estimates prior to any work being performed. We also supply bee hives, Queens and many product related to bee keeping and service “back yard” bee colonies for our clients. Rescued bees are often adopted by people who purchase our hives. We install and maintain them or teach the skills required to the clients and get them state approved to keep their own hives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a client contacts us, text is best were often in the bees, we request name address and a photo of the bee colony if possible. We will send an estimate. Once the estimate is approved we add the removal to our job list. Because we’re far less expensive than the commercial guys, we often have a wait list for removing the bees. However, we get to your request in the order it was received and as quickly as weather permits.
