- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to cover my operating cost , materials/insurance/ and work per hr rate or flat rate depends on task each job has its own difficulties I am not looking to be the lowest price at the cost of quality, People forget how fast you did a job-But remember how well you did it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
chat with them a little and make sure i understand their needs and instructions ,sometimes i might not be the right guy for the job and i will let them know that.
