We are a small local family owned business that specializes in A/C and Heating service, repairs, and sales, but we also do minor electrical work such as ceiling fan installation, light switches, receptacles, breaker replacement and other minor repairs!
We also do plumbing work such as faucet replacement and repairs,toilet repairs and replacement, sink installation, drain repairs, garbage disposal installation, and other issues!
My wife and I are also available for, house sitting, pet sitting and walking. We also do interior painting,Child Care/Nanny, laundry service, or just picking up mail when you are out of town

I needed removal of heavy boxes of old tile, brick pavers, and old paint cans. Scott is friendly, efficient, and bid a great price for the job! I would definitely call him again if I need to.

Scott put in a new central AC system for me, and he charged me less than any other AC company would have. He was very helpful and informative and I would definitely recommend him.

Scott was a nice guy, arrived on time, and for the most part did the job well. However during the light install he broke one of the light covers and despite assurance that he would replace it, he hasn't.
