I don’t understand the time wasters like this. Insisted on coming out to give a quote, which I happily made time for. Just to say “2-3 days I will get you the quote “ and never once follow up while I’m on day 15.

I'm new to Thumbtack so I'm willing to be flexible with pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on the project, but usually I like to come take a look at the problem first (pictures or zoom work as well), and then come up with the a fair estimate of scope/time/cost for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Carpenter at heart, and I've been a handyman all my life. I worked in the cabinetry business for 5 years, and am now leading the race with my dad's home renovations company.
