He fixed my furniture faster than expected and left it looking better than it did when I first bought it! He arrived at the perfect time and was able to park and find the elevator to my apartment without trouble. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you want me to come to you and do a preliminary inspection or measurements to give you an estimate, my visit will cost $60 if we continue to work with you after the assessment and inspection, these $60 will be included in the total cost of the work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I always ask the client to send me a complete technical specification and several photographs so that I can make a preliminary assessment, we value our time and yours and therefore this is a necessary measure so that I, as a master, can assess the situation in advance before arriving at your place
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a higher technical education and also completed many courses in construction. As I said earlier, my experience in the construction industry is more than 10 years.
