We needed some work done on our old warehouse office. I needed a new office built, drywall fixed, walls textured, new ceiling and Eric was not only able to complete that but it came in under budget. I have worked with a few contractors in the past and it has been a hassle to say the least but with Eric I now have a contractor for life! Once you find a good one you want to hang on to them because finding that can take quite some time. Couldn't of been happier with my experience with Eric and he exceeded my expectations.
