I highly recommend Gary from Maintenance and Commercial Solutions! From our very first conversation, he was kind, professional, and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. He removed an outdated kitchen soffit, installed beautiful shiplap with recessed lighting, and removed cabinets that were blocking our beach view. The transformation was incredible—the kitchen is now so much brighter, more open, and gives the entire condo a fresh, updated look. What impressed me most was that he completed this entire project by himself in a single day. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and work ethic were outstanding. As we’re renovating the condo a little at a time, this was the perfect first project, and it made a dramatic difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a trustworthy contractor.

I can’t recommend this handyman highly enough! From the very beginning, I was impressed by his punctuality, professionalism, and the quality of his work. What started as replacing a few ceiling fans, repairing a rotten fascia board, installing a new exterior door, and patching some drywall quickly turned into me asking him to tackle about ten other projects we’d been putting off, including stucco repair and several miscellaneous fixes. He handled every job with incredible skill and efficiency, and I was especially impressed with the creative, practical solutions he came up with for some challenging repairs. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. His pricing was fair and an excellent value, especially compared to the many contractors I had come out who either quoted outrageously high prices or never followed up at all. Finding someone this reliable is rare. He earned every one of these five stars. I’ll absolutely be hiring him again for my other properties, and I won’t hesitate to recommend him to friends, family, coworkers, and anyone else looking for honest, high-quality work. If you’re considering hiring him, do it—you won’t be disappointed.

Gary was fantastic to work with. I had punch list on a rental property that needed to be completed as well as fencing on my primary property that needed to be fixed. He was easy to work with, on time and responsive. All items completed were disposal replacement, painting, baseboard replacement, gutter repair and fene repair. *Hghly Recommend*i

As a retired Commercial & Residential General Contractor, it's refreshing to see a true craftsman with a great work ethic & high skill level in several areas. Gary accomplished several tasks quickly & cost effectively. From laying exterior yard blocks, repairing Stucco walls, to hhhging, taping & texturing drywall, adding trim/baseboard to new windows/ flooring respectively, repairing outlets, & hanging new light fixtures - Gary was a great find to me for getting high quality work (and probably for anyone else!).
