I recently had my home cleaned by this company and I could not be happier with the service. The two cleaners they sent did an excellent job. They were thorough, efficient, and paid attention to detail. My home looks spotless and feels fresh. I am very impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism. I will definitely be using them again for recurring service.

Bright breeze cleaning has great customer service as well as ownership. The ladies that came to clean, did a decent job, but I did call to complain that there were portions that were not cleaned. I had to do it myself due to the strict timeframe I had, but they were extremely accommodating in providing a discount. They did offer to send one of the ladies back to finish, but I didn’t have the time for that. I would still recommend bright breeze cleaning due to their excellent customer service and ownership.

Great work done by Bright Breeze. We went out of country for a vacation and hired them to come clean the house. We got a full service and the calculated rate was for 5.5 hours of work based on square footage and what we wanted cleaned. The cleaner came and got the job done in right under 5.5 hours as expected and did not go over the time and cause us to incur a higher cost. When we got home from the vacation, the house looked great, everything we asked for was cleaned and the cleaner went above and beyond and straightened the pillows and blankets, folder our cat’s little blanket, and even folded the toilet paper like you would find in a hotel. Was especially pleased with how clean the tile floors, carpet, counters, and bathrooms were. Highly recommend!

We recommend starting with a quick phone call for easy communication. Text is fine as well if absolutely necessary. We'll ask about the type of cleaning you need, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how often you'd like service, and any specific requests. We also verify the condition of the home to ensure accurate pricing since our rates are based on both size and condition, the more details you provide, the better!
