- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer one of the most competitive prices in the area. We cannot compete with independent cleaners. However, we can guarantee the security they cannot. As a franchise all our employees are background checked, we provide everything to clean your house and also are bonded and insured. It is important that customer understand that if an accident happens inside your home, those $20-$50 less can end up being costly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first book an In Home Estimate to make sure we are giving you an accurate price. We love the personal touch and firmly believe is important to meet our customers before booking the cleaning. Once we have a agreed to a price and frequency we try to book the cleaning as soon as we can. Usually it takes up to a week. We have a busy schedule, because we have a a healthy amount of customers. We appreciate your patience and we will have an open communication about our availability
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have weekly, bi weekly, monthly, One Time Only customers, Spring Cleaning customers, move outs, move ins, cleaning before/after a party, cleaning after construction. We always will hear your needs and let you know if we can help you. We will never commit to a job we will not be able to complete.
