We had met with Ewerson at our home to install wallpaper for two rooms. One room needed to be smoothed and Primed before wallpaper placement. After seeing the rooms, he quoted an additional $600 for the smoothing and priming, which we totally understood. Since this is our first time buying a home we were reconsidering every move including how many rooms should have wallpaper. Ewerson worked with us through this transition and I apologized for asking so many questions. We finally decided to go ahead with our original plan. Ewerson then told me he was going to hire someone else to smooth out the walls I stead, costing us an additional $1500 to his quote. He told me that I misunderstood his quote even though I had it in writing. (See photo). I feel taken advantage of by and am writing this review so nobody else goes in thinking they’re paying one thing and then receiving a larger bill. Even in writing, their word can’t be trusted. Be aware.

Wagner was very professional and clean. He brought his own pop up trash can and drop cloth and work table, and he didn’t wear shoes in the house to give you an image of just how respectful and professional he is. It took him 7 hours to wallpaper one big bedroom wall and 4 walls of a bathroom by himself. Another wallpaper installation company refused my project because I had peel-and-stick and they said it was too difficult to apply, so clearly Wagner is very skilled. I don’t know how he even got between my vanity and the wall the space is so narrow! I would hire him again any time and I highly recommend his work!

He showed up on time every day and worked until after five everyday. He did make a mistake installing the wallpaper upside down. This was a very small mistake I was willing to g to let go for a discount. Instead, he paid for new paper, took down the old paper and purchased and out it up the correct way. WHAT A PRO! I will use him again and refer him to anyone that asks for an installer recommendation. When mistakes happen, all you can do is own it and fix it. He did everything right and I respect him as a pro and as an individual.
