- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary from home to home. We don’t have set prices because everyone is different in their needs. We normally work with anyone and within your budget (if reasonable). We don’t charge hourly as if we see something that needs extra time we won’t force the client to pay extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will speak over the phone and setup a time to do a walk through. Once the walk through is complete we will either talk on the phone with your price or I can visit your home. I will provide you with a proposal of the services that will be completed. If you agree on the price then we will sign a service agreement to start service in your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are approved member of the American House Cleaning Association and we take classes each more to keep up to date on training.
