Whitaker’s are the best! They were super prompt in getting in touch with me. Even when I slacked on getting back to them right away, they were more than happy to come out the same day to walk the grounds and give me a reasonable quote and even get the work done the very same day! I mean, who actually does that any more? It was so refreshing not to have to schedule and reschedule and wait! Also, because I’m interested in buying my own lawn care equipment, the employees we’re nice enough to let me observe them as they worked and they answered any questions I had about the equipment itself and how it operated! These gentleman are top-notch! My lawn looks absolutely amazing! (They even removed a few branches that fell in my backyard due to Ian and cut them up and stacked them for me!) The only problem is my neighbors are hating on me because my lawn looks better than theirs! (That’s ok, I’ll give them Whitaker’s’s number!)

My lawn was in rough shape, but Whitaker was responsive and quick to get out there and help get it back into shape before starting full service on a monthly basis. The team was responsive via text and calls, with before and after photos (since I am not at the home presently). Would definitely recommend! This is just their first job (and a lot better than what they found when arriving), it will be much better as they regularly maintain it going forward.
