Dianne helped me find the courage and confidence to follow my heart, leave a marriage and live a life I deserved! She was very accommodating with my work schedule and we met at least monthly over the course of 9 months. Dianne's questions and exercises helped me get "unstuck". We all have the answers within ourselves. I felt empowered after every session! There were times when I needed help to describe how I was feeling or to describe a situation. Her careful questions unblocked my thinking and the words came. She helped me change my way of thinking. Diane was very attentive, supportive, gracious and engaging. Our sessions ended when I moved back to Iowa and started my new life. We still keep in contact to this day and I suspect we always will!

I am a previous client of Coach Dianne's and I am a former medical Spa owner. I was very fortunate to have an amazing staff of therapist's, but we all felt there was more we could be doing for ourselves and our clients to enchance us all. So we signed up for Coach Dianne's 6 week "The Energy of Money". The first week we all felt a shift in ourselves and also the energy in the spa. She gave us tools to work with and of course, homework. By the end of the course, we were all different individual's at work and our personal lives. Coach Dianne has an amazing technique and a way to let you see and act with a different point of view. She has improved all our lives and I would highly recommend her courses for anyone needing self-improvement and awareness. It has changed us all !!

I met Dianne through a mutual friend and I knew immediately that she was a very caring person. When she started helping me with some personsl life questions, things fell into place by the way she approached them and me. I felt I was always in control but in a more organized and logical way. The way she approaches you gives you the feeling you are in control of the decision and they come from you and not her OR someone else telling you what to do. What I would like to see is more availability to good coaches. I know a lot of people that could benefit from this type of help.

Life Coaching - Assisting people to make conscious choices regarding what they truly want in their lives, and then taking action to obtain it. Includes Health & Wellness, Relationship Solutions, Career Transitions, Retirement Time Planning Executive Coaching - Working with senior level executives to enhance their leadership effectiveness by helping them choose different approaches to their strategic objectives, their employees, and their leader's requests. Corporate Culture Assessments & Cure - Measuring the culture in a team or organization, and then coaching the changes necessary to evolve the culture to a healthier state.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research, interview the prospective coach, choose based on your sense of connection and their understanding of what you expect to achieve. Ask for their credentials, and insist on at least PCC certification by one of the governing agencies. (ICF, ICPA, etc.) Pay attention to how you "feel" during the conversation to determine if their energy is a good match for your energy. Ask for and check references.
