- What types of customers have you worked with?
There are three areas that I have been concentrating in over the past couple years in the real estate business and they are. 1) Rentals 2) Sales 3) Rehabing I have been in the real estate/contracting business in one form or another for over 34 years. I've made it through the most recent housing forclosure/shortsale nightmare all the way back to the stock market crash back in the mid 80's where we had almost the axact thing happen that we have been going through the last few years and that is, the banks gave out so much money on bad loans that they didn't have any money for good loans. The only real major differance is back then the economy was back to almost full speed within 1 year.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for references, how long they have been in business and pictures of completed work. Also ask what kind of time frame should I expect?
