- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had an interest but that increased after I saw a friends hair who previously had a fro and now has locs that were so neatly done. Got the info of his loctician and went to California to meet her and got trained by her.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Seek out someone who has the ability to work with various textures of hair. Ask what shampoo is best for locs to remove build up of grease in the loc? Can they do re-attachments.
