Introduction: Excellent customers love the way I will go above and beyond 2 things that other people may not do if I'm going to dust on nightstand or a coffee table and I'm just going to do the top I'm going to the legs and everything will take everything off it when I walk into a home I miss you things that you don't even when you live there for maybe a long time but I cleaned everyone's home as if it was my own and respect how you want it done I absolutely love helping out everyone especially ones that are older and disabled I love seeing a smile on people's faces when they walk into a room and if it was a disaster and I actually made it beautiful customers are amazed on how I might be a little old-fashioned I get down on my hands and knees and into the floors and my forte is I absolutely love organizing cabinets and closets color-coordinated. Nick Laws and then to not buy seasons spring summer fall winter long sleeve short sleeve business to casual and it comes the cabinets are pantries I love alphabetizing can goods having them face you separating your canned goods your vegetables versus your fruits I really take it to the extreme

We submitted our Thumbtack quote with the answer to the question, “Will client provide cleaning equipment and supplies?” as “No, the cleaner should bring them.” Tricia called the day before the scheduled cleaning to request $30 for supplies. We told her we’d have everything she would need at the house, which we do, but we ended the call confused because we were under the impression that the quote she submitted included providing her own supplies based on our Thumbtack request. She told us she’d be arriving on Monday between 1pm and 2pm. She didn’t show, and finally called us just after 3pm to let us know that she had flat tires. We rescheduled for the following day at 10am, but got a call at 9:58am on Tuesday that her tires weren’t fixed yet and she might be able to get a ride that afternoon. We rescheduled for 2:30pm, but got a call that she could come at 1pm. While my husband works from home, he is on calls all day and his schedule is pretty rigid. He couldn’t shuffle his commitments today as he’d already done so to accommodate the changing time frames, so we told her not to worry about it and we’ll go with someone else.

I feel really bad about the whole situation. I did have a big job where I did use a lot of my cleaning supplies. They told me it was not a problem to use theirs. The 30 dollars would have been deducted from the bill anyways. I am so very sorry I was not able to clean for them. When he told me I could come at 1 I was very excited however now I am very sad I could not help them out.Type your response to this review.

I called and ask Tricia to clean my house sometime within the next 2 days. This started about 2:45 PM. She said she could be here at 3:30. I had to call her back to see if she could take a debit card or a check as I discovered I didnt have $60 cash. She said she needed cash . I told her no problem, I could run to the bank after she got here and get some more cash. A little after 4 PM she still hadn't called or shown up so I called her. She said she was 5 minutes away. She got here about 4:15 PM. I said I don't know how much you can get done today as it is getting dark but she said she could do the job. I showed her everything and said I had cleaners if she wanted and a good vacuum she could use. She told me she was very detailed and moved and picked up things and was very through and mopped the floors on her hands and knees which I said was too hard and she could just use a mop (which she did not have with her by the way) and assured me she would do a great job. I told her to get started while I ran to the bank. I was back in 10 minutes maybe. In that 10 minutes she told me she had cleaned 1 bath and was on the 2nd. She spent maybe 5 minutes cleaning the 2nd bath. The next thing she did was vacuum. She ran the vacuum through the middle of the living and dining room not moving any of the cat toys or any light objects in the way. I picked up all the loose things in the floor and moved the fan for her. She was DONE at 5:20 pm. She told me she had mopped, dusted and wiped all the cabinets in that time. I couldn't understand how ANYBODY could clean all that in 1 hour and I was right. After I paid her and came in to check her work, NONE of these things were done. Everything was STILL DIRTY. All she did was run the vacuum through the middle of the room is all I could see. Bottom line, $60 for NOTHING but a slight vacuum job. She WON'T Be back.

Trish is a fast worker, but very detailed. She did a deep clean of my kitchen and did an excellent job. She loves to organize and it showed! My kitchen cabinets look so nice inside and out. She even alphabetized my spices! I would highly recommend her.

No I will work with everyone. Because not everyone is the same I work for the rich people and I work with poor people I don't judge nobody I've heard of people that are physically okay to people who are disabled so he will do I'm paid by the hour and that's fine basically the bottom line is when it comes to something like this you're the boss you're in charge I'm there to do a service and I'm going to do it a 100% above and beyond 120% I don't believe in doing things twice if I'm going to clean or do something and do it the right way the first time
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding what the customer wants and needs are how they want things done and if they like smelly products or if they defer taxes don't have a smell basically listening to them because it's their house it's their home and I'll treat it as if it was my own but I respect them
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been cleaning for 30 years and enjoy doing it because I've been cleaning for so long I'm 47 years old I know what products go with what rooms what to use some people have Granite granite countertops so he work
