- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I will work with everyone. Because not everyone is the same I work for the rich people and I work with poor people I don't judge nobody I've heard of people that are physically okay to people who are disabled so he will do I'm paid by the hour and that's fine basically the bottom line is when it comes to something like this you're the boss you're in charge I'm there to do a service and I'm going to do it a 100% above and beyond 120% I don't believe in doing things twice if I'm going to clean or do something and do it the right way the first time
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding what the customer wants and needs are how they want things done and if they like smelly products or if they defer taxes don't have a smell basically listening to them because it's their house it's their home and I'll treat it as if it was my own but I respect them
