Adam prepared dinner and dessert for my fiancée and I last evening in our home. His service was a gift from my girlfriend for my birthday and I must say it was the best gift ever! Adam had planned a menu for us that incorporated healthy, fresh ingredients which I approved before he came and could have made changes to if I wanted to. Everything sounded delicious so I stuck with his original menu. Adam arrived on time around 5:45 PM and immediately began making our food after I showed him where pots, pans and silverware were. My fiancée and I planned on eating in our dining room but we talked with Adam the entire time and we ended up eating at our kitchen island! His 1st course was a kale & quinoa salad which I gobbled down and asked for more of! My fiancée doesn't like veggies but he also loved the salad. The salmon he prepared as our main course was perfectly cooked and had delicious flavor. I was getting full but couldn't waste a bite of it. Our dessert was cheesecake and it was very tasty. Any food that was leftover Adam put into our Tupperware containers and left for us to enjoy the rest of the week -- which I was very happy about! Adam cleaned as he went and took very little time while we were enjoying dessert to pack up his "mobile kitchen". I was shocked he came with so little! He left our home around 8 PM. We were in a food coma and fell asleep on the couch by 9. In addition to Adam's food being so delicious, Adam was such a pleasure to have in our home and kitchen. We enjoyed his company, learning about him and his travels, and asking questions about cooking in general! I would highly recommend Adam for a dinner for your family or a fun get together with friends. I also would like to pay it forward and give his services as a gift in the future as well!

Adam was working with the YMCA in Winter Park, CO when we hired him to provide the catering for our wedding. He was extremely accommodating, personable, professional, and even helped get the dance floor fired up! Not to mention the food was fantastic and still talked about by my family today. I would highly recommend using Adam for your catering needs.

We hired Mr. Germany for a company luncheon for approximately 50 people. The food tasted amazing, was the perfect temperature, and was beautiful to look at as well. Adam and his staff were extremely professional, polite, and a pleasure with which to work. We would DEFINITELY hire them again. In fact, several employees are considering him for their personal upcoming family events as well. Great job!

Adam created a super memorable experience for my parents and in laws anniversary surprise. My husband and I surprised both sets of our parents as they thought they were coming to our house for a quick drink before Devour Downtown but they ended up having more fun relaxing at our house. My mom and dad uttered the words "this is the best meal I've had in the longest time" and he even catered to our unique low sodium, vegan, and sweet tooth preferences. Adam was proactive, responsive, efficient, very friendly, and the food was healthy yet delicious! We would definitely recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for our Weekly Meal Delivery Services vary depending on the number of meals and servings. Catering services are based on a per person cost, which generally covers the execution of the menu. Additional services and amenities (i.e. china, linen, wait staff, etc.) incur additional costs. Other Personal Chef Services are based on an hourly rate of $75/hour (3 hour minimum) + groceries.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I am a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Registered Exam Proctor with the National Restaurant Association. The ServSafe Food Safety Training Program leads the way in providing current and comprehensive educational materials to the restaurant industry. This designation provides me the opportunity to stay educated and informed on the latest developments in our industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for food stemmed from childhood and having memorable experiences that centered around food. As I became a teenager, I realized that I wanted to help recreate those experiences for others in their lives.
