We are here to make you stronger, more knowledgeable about your body and mind, more confident, more balanced, more energetic, and most importantly healthier from the inside out. We are passionate about functional training, preparing our clients for general life challenges. body weight exercise that make everyday tasks easier! (a lot of people take this as for people that are "aging" but we are all aging and lacking basic strength leads to overall poor body movement, leading to more serious issues. We have taken this passion all around the world in places like New Zealand, Kuwait, Colombia, Spain, Lithuania, and across the beautiful U.S. of A. Having traveled so much, it just means we’ve been able to work with individuals from all walks of life; including professional athletes, ballerinas, youth, stay at home moms, professionals, injury rehabilitation, elderly, and everyone in between. Yeah, that’s a ton of people but it’s true! Our family of clients is always growing. Why? Because our focus is on real possible relationships. It’s not about the money for us. It’s about keeping our small business small and being 100% committed to you. When we hear, “I feel so much more confidence in myself since I’ve started working with you guys”, which we hear a lot, it’s like drinking that perfect local craft beer that makes your taste buds dance! As a birthday gift our daughter and son presented us with an in home training session with Heather and Roger who coincidentally was chosen through Thumbtack. Our daughter spent hours researching to find a trainer who she felt qualified to suit our needs and it was a great fit! We were not disappointed, they are extremely knowledgeable, not only with different exercises, but also in how the muscles work and relate to one another. Both she and Roger have provided us with extensive workout programs to strengthen and tone our aging muscles (64 yrs old). They were very considerate in making sure we did not strain or hurt ourselves in any way. Heather has kindly divided our training exercises into three separate day workouts to benefit different areas and using only a floor mat, elastic bands and hand weights. My husband and I work as a team, providing encouragement and at the same time doing our part to stay in shape. We highly recommend this energetic couple to anyone who requires some guidance and motivation in staying healthy and active. Thank you. Fred and Ellen Moodie Northport Florida.

The guidance from Heather was just what I needed. I was tired with my old gym routine, the motivation and results I once had were slowly draining away. Heather is incredibly knowledgeable and has introduced me to several new ways of exercising which I immediately found challenging yet fun. This new approach focuses on function as opposed to the heavy weights I was used to, which was starting to take its toll. This is the way the body should be exercising. I feel great and can already see results.

I've worked out with many strong personal trainers over the years and Heather is the best. She was very effective working through prior injuries, increasing strength to avoid future injury, and focusing workouts to regain lost mobility from injuries and build strength for ski season which were my primary goals. I wish she lived closer so I could work out with her again. It's been over a year since my training with Heather and I still feel stronger from it.
