Diane is very professional, always emailing and returning calls promptly. She was on time to our scheduled training and came fully prepared. Diane was kind, pleasant, and personable. My 4yo son and I enjoyed her training sessions. She established rapport quickly with my two shelter rescue dogs and immediately I saw a positive change in their behavior. As other reviewers have said, Diane taught me the skills I needed to continue training my dogs. I also thought it was great that Diane addressed every issue I mentioned about my dogs, even the little ones, like teaching my dog how to use steps to climb onto the bed. I loved having Diane, my dogs loved her, my son loved her, and I highly recommend Diane.

Diane was very good with my cocker spaniel ray and showed me how to work with him. I had her come to work with us because he is aggressive and bites strangers. Even though he snapped and bit her foot, she took it all in stride and continued working with him. She said she wore leather shoes, knowing he was a "biter". By the end of the evening, he had calmed down and was ready to be part of the family again. She is willing to continue working with us as Ray gets over his aggressiveness. It's difficult because he is a rescue dog, so we don't know his history and he is almost totally blind, which doesn't help. But, he is a loving and wonderful boy and Diane saw that and is working to bring that when he is around people he doesn't know. When he is around the family, he is always sweet and loving; it's just strangers.

Ms diana was fantastic. Not only did she help my wife and i with bella, she taught us how to continue the training after she left. Its nice she didnt just set us up for more sessions, she gave us yhe knowledge to teach her ourself. Bella is listening so much better now, which my wife is more than happy about. If necessary, will definitely be my first choice. And shes fluent in french, and my wife is french- definitely a big plus!

Miss Diane did an excellent job working with our family helping our puppy not to be so fearful. Tried it out on the serviceman who came to the house the next day and our puppy not only didn't run and hide,he actually took treats from the serviceman. Thank you Miss Diane, Jaxon is already doing better.
