I absolutely LOVE what I do and I have a very strong work ethic. I am highly trustworthy and honest. I think my age has given me the wisdom to know just how important those qualities are. I love to be around my client's furry family members. I don't have dogs of my own so hanging around with them, fills my doggie need. Professional, Personable, Punctual and Patient. My Houdini was well cared for and thrilled to see Elizabeth arrive to care for him. I could relax on my vacation knowing he was in good hands. Elizabeth also sent pictures and updated me daily. I will be using her services again when I go out of the country in a few months. She also made sure my plants were cared for and will pick up mail etc., if needed.

Elizabeth took care of my cat Patches for 10 days while I was traveling out of the US. Patches has IBS, which requires daily medication and special feeding care. I really appreciated Elizabeth's professional manner and kind attitude toward Patches. She sent me daily updates and some photos that made me feel a lot better about having to be away. Elizabeth also collected my mail and watered a few plants for me while I was gone. On my return everything was in great shape - Patches, too. Will definitely use Elizabeth's services again.

I set my pricing to be fair and consistant with the local market.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love the meet and greet visit with my new client. In this business, it's rare that I see them afterwards so I believe the meet and greet is very important. It allows them to get a better idea of the person I am and also show them just how much I adore their furry families!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NAPPS certified and have continuing education classes periodically for the Red Cross.
