The work is very good and I did not lose one plant. The cleaning process was new to me, they DID NOT pressure wash it. I was pleased with the results. There was only one thing and my fault for not speaking up, I was also having a lot of bills happening at once that I was not expecting, the initial plan was to clean the tile, then a coat of a primer/sealer, and two coats of paint. I had some emergencies come up that really soaked me, and I really needed to get the price reduced (or not do it) some so I asked did we really need 2 coats of paint? The cleaning was so good I almost did not have it painted. And if we did not do 2 coats of paints could he give me a break on the price. He did give me a $100 credit. But after all was said and done, he only had to do 2/3 rds. of the work, but the labor price was not in keeping with that. (1/3 work primer, 1/3 work first coat of paint, and 1/3 work of second coat of paint that we did not do. If breaking the price down by process, it comes to approx. $409. ea. application, bringing the price for painting up to $1228, less a $100 credit, price includes labor and Scott Paint, would have preferred Behr, but was not given a choice ) Also the cleaning charge was a completely separate invoice. But I could have really used a little bit more of a discount off that last coat of paint. (a big difference between a $100 credit and an application price of $409) Between the cleaning and the painting it cost $1553 (tile roof just under 1600 sq ft.) The work was very good, and I repeat myself about Mark, a nice guy, but if I had added all the estimates together at the beginning, I would have probably not done the work this year. I lost my health insurance, (and have many meds that I have to have) had a pipe break in the wall inside the house, (covered mostly by home owners, but a word we all should know " accumulated depreciation" plus your deductible. He did paint the fascia board where there was overspray from the white paint, but I would have expected that out of any painter (and very lucky I had extra paint!). But it was nice not having to point that out. He left the yard in good condition and everything was pretty much put back in place. He repaired a tile or two on the roof that were broken also. But my tile roof is only approx. 12 years old, so it is still in pretty decent repair. Good work, does it when he says he will, and I am happy with the work. I know my circumstance are a little different when it came to the price, but I can't say it did not leave a little bad taste in my mouth when I say that $100 credit, in my books, should have been higher. That $1553 I paid was a little more than I could have afforded right now (also higher than the other estimates I received), but I did not want to cancel out on him at the last minute. And I will say again, it was a good job, I don't want people thinking I am just whining to get money back. he does good work, just add your estimates up before you say yes, and if you are signing a contract make sure you have a cancellation clause, (any contract at anytime) and check what brand is being used and is it OK with you.

Mark and his son pressure washed my outdoor patio. The results were tremendous. He did such a good job that I am having him return to clean my roof. Mark was professional, timely, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend his company.

Mark pressure washed my house, fence and part of the walk way.
He gave an immediate estimate, and was on time day of the job.

Outstanding work pressure washing our patio, pool cage, porch and sidewalks. Very timely and more than fair price for the work. Would definitely call again.

Mark was prompt and friendly. He took the time to explain the soft wash process to me, and again the next day to my husband. My roof looks great and I couldn't be happier.
