Our House was brand new House (2 yrs old) Imperio Real Estate LLC got me the right tenants for the house. No corners were cut, no hidden games, no unexpected calls. Everything was perfect. My point of contact was Mr. John Pereira, hands down, he is professional, honest and down to earth. I was so happy doing my business with Imperio. I don't have to worry about my rented house as I know Imperio and John will look after it.

After many Google searches and interviews, I decided to go with Imperio Real Estate LLC. John is fantastic! He helped me throughout the listing process and answered all of my questions and concerns. John truly understands the needs of a property owner as well as the needs of a renter. As a property owner, having someone rent your home is very personal because you invested so much in the community and its residents will be affected by who rents in your property.
