I looked for a property manager in St Pete for quite a while before I found Peter and Top Point Propery Management. I am very glad that I kept looking because Pete knows Property Management and he knows the market of St. Petersburg. I am currently working with Peter at Investors Choice Realty, he and his team have been wonderful to work with. They have made it a very easy process to manage my property in Tampa, Fl. while I am out of state. We have since sold our property! I highly recommend Peter. He is a wealth of knowledge. I needed a Property Manager/ Realtor to manage my property and get it ready for sale. I live out of state which made this difficult. My property needed extensive repair before being placed on the market. Peter walked me through every step. He kept me informed of updates and sent me photos of everything. He also touched base with me on every decision before moving forward. Without him I don't know that we would have ever sold our property. Thanks again Pete!
