- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some what. It all depends on each home & each service depending on what the customer is needing & looking for. We have different options for pest control.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential & Commercial. Non-tent Termite treatments & pest control services for ants, roaches, rodents, fleas, ticks, spiders, silverfish & earwigs. Termite inspections for real estate transactions. Soil pre-treats for new construction.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are licensed & insured & have experience in the field. It doesn't hurt to call around for better pricing. Ask them what they will be doing & if it comes with a guarantee that if the bugs come back do they come back at no addition cost.
