Topic was one of several companies I called for repair work on my roof. The second to arrive the same day. Both seemed knowledgeable, Topic more so, Nick found the problem in the attic then confirmed it on the roof. I’m the type to have to see so showed me and it was obvious. He said we can do repairs the next day and priced it. Early the next morning a crew began working. Not long after when the job was finishing up, Nick came by to check. He told me on jobs like this he inspects the entire roof to locate other potential problems. As you can imagine he did, but being as skeptical as I am I said”show me”. He did in six different locations. This was no surprise I had been looking at roofing companies because my roof was 19 years old as well as what was a reasonable price for the job. I was left with a decision on make start getting quotes or see if this company could do it within a reasonable time. After Nick explained exactly how the job would go. We sat down and worked up a quote, since it came within my prior research and it would be done the following week and my spiddy sense said this was best. I agreed to the job. I watched each segment, tear off inspecting those bad spots as well as several others that required 11 sheets of plywood to repair. The rest of the job went smoothly although I still inspected the excellent workmanship throughout. The crew was fantastic fast and precise, when I did have a question they were very responsive. Clean up was amazing I saw a crew cover every inch of my property with a magnet to find every nail that may have fallen during the job. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Topic Shield Roofing for your roofing needs.

Honestly the easiest home repair Ive ever dealt with. Called them, they came out fast for an inspection fixed the spot, kept me in the loop the whole time. Fair price and they actually showed up when they said they would. Would def use again
