We had a malfunctioning pool filter and reached out to several companies for help. While other companies gave us high quotes and pushed us to replace the full filter, Shredder's took the time to inspect and diagnose the issue in person, and explained the exact cause of the issue to us and the repair needed. It ended up only being a minor fix and we really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. The owner, Peyton, was very responsive when I contacted him regarding the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Black algae…debris everywhere. He set up a time schedule, listed the steps needed to resolve our issues and proceeded to take our pool from disaster to its current glorious presence. The included photos tells the full story.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are always serviced by the owner exclusively for the first month of cleaning services. Pool school is also available in the first month free of charge, where we educate those who are either new to pool ownership or would like to further their knowledge about what's in their backyard.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Commercial Pool Operator (CPO) certifications and years of hands-on expertise to better serve you and our community. Continuing education day by day to assist our customers further!
