- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing system would be time and materials. Cash, American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover. Credit/Debit transaction will cost an additional 2.6% to the total ending balance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with new customers would be a phone call or email to dicuss the job or work that the customer needs help with and location of the job, then I can give the customer an estimate. Deposit is taken and a date to begin work is set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience working in home remodels, repairs and maintenance in carpentry, electrical, assembly, plumbing, landscaping, tree trimming, fencing, decking, drywall, doors, windows, painting, pressure washing, flooring, soffit and fascia and much more.
