- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out, I usually respond within 24 hours to learn more about their needs. From there, I provide a clear and fair quote. If everything looks good and they’re ready to move forward, I get them scheduled as soon as possible. My goal is to make the process simple, friendly, and stress-free from start to finish.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this window cleaning business because I love working outside and enjoy the satisfaction of helping people feel great about their homes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work mostly one-two story residential homes and some light commercial work (storefronts, businesses up to two stories high)
