The Yoga Experience

We are a heart-centered yoga and wellness company specializing in private yoga events and curated experiences throughout the Tampa Bay area, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater. Our offerings are designed for individuals, groups, and organizations seeking meaningful, personalized practices that go beyond the mat. At the core of our work is the belief that yoga is not one-size-fits-all. We collaborate with a diverse collective of experienced teachers from varying lineages and backgrounds, allowing us to thoughtfully match each event with an instructor whose style and expertise best support the intention of the experience. From gentle, restorative practices to embodied movement, meditation, and breathwork, every session is tailored to meet clients where they are. The company is founded and led by a licensed therapist who weaves her clinical training, nervous system education, and trauma-informed approach into each offering. This integrative perspective supports regulation, emotional resilience, and authentic connection, creating spaces that feel both grounding and expansive. Our classes are intentionally heart-centered, prioritizing presence, compassion, and nervous system safety while inviting participants into deeper awareness and connection. Whether facilitating private group sessions, corporate wellness events, retreats, or special celebrations, we create experiences that honor the whole person, mind, body, and heart. We don’t teach 1-1 classes. Our mission is to cultivate spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and others, and feel supported in their well-being through thoughtful, intentional yoga experiences.
