- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For events with longer notice time I usually take 50% upon agreement and 50% 2 weeks before the event. For short notice events I take payment in full upon agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set an appointment to discuss what services the client is wanting and to get a feel for the direction the client is going towards. If the client doesn’t have a total vision I will make suggestions. If we are both at an agreement then i will later do a proposal and once the proposal is approved I’ll make out an invoice.
