I almost never do reviews however my experience with this company was so amazing I felt the need to pass it own. So, I reluctantly decided to try Thumbtack again despite my two previous disappointments. (Christmas lights installer never showed. Landscaper overcharged me, disappeared and proceeded to ghost me after taking my money) I contacted Jireh Utilities and he immediately got back to me. I explained I had a long honey do list which I was hoping to have some of it taken care of asap. I needed wire racks in my closet. Light fixture change. Curtains rehung. Camera installed etc. Later I realized the shelf I wanted I was not able to have delivered so I needed him to pick it up for me. Then I proceeded to give him the wrong address to where he was gonna pick it up from which had him driving to two separate locations and surprisingly, he just laughed about it. Although I felt my face heating with embarrassment, he didn’t make me feel like a total idiot. He and his guy were able to knock out my entire list within a couple of hours and he worked within my budget. I purchased a new build Lennar home three years ago and everything from the garbage disposal to the doorbell stopped working within a year. Ever dream of a smart home that does everything? My dream became a nightmare when the damn house locked me out and refused to obey commands. I’m having Jireh Utilities replace that in two weeks. I’m extremely happy with the work that was done and the professionalism. If they ever read this review I just want to thank them again for their service.
