EC came over the same day and looked at what needed to be repaired and was able to go get the items and repair what was needed the same day. He took the time out to explain what was needed and why. I definitely recommend him!!!

You can stop looking, Efran and his crew is an amazing one stop shop for everything you need. Amazing work with very fair pricing. We had hired him initially to install new flooring. Which was done quickly and looks amazing. I was a little worried about it because the house has a weird layout. However it was handled amazingly and probably the cleaned transitions from tile to laminate I have seen. After the floors he overhauled our yard, fixed loose concrete block on the outside of the house, fixed a broken stair in our garage, remove a fence, and we have him coming back to patch and paint our concrete pool deck. He is now our go to guy for getting stuff done and will be my recommendation for any of my friends that need work done.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY! I hired him to install vinyl flooring. Had him remove/replace the toilets. He replaced the toilets without removing and replacing the wax ring or raising the flange, which led to water leaking into the unit below me and causing major damage. I ended up having to hire a plumber to fix his screw up. Plumber cost me $450 and he is refusing to refund me. Now he claims he "offered" to raise the flange but I declined. Bad business man.

Efrain and his crew re did the flooring for my entire house and installed a few Rubbermaid shelving kits I purchased on Amazon. They even picked up the purchased materials for the flooring which was very helpful as all that material is extremely heavy to deal with. Efrain and I were in constant communication. I am happy with his services and will be hiring him on future home projects. He tailored the job to the house and the materials I wanted, which you won’t get that kind of service from a big named company.
