I specialize in offering holistic medicine, acupuncture, hypnotherapy, life and health coaching, nutritional and herbal consultations. Hypnosis and coaching appointments are conducted virtually or over the phone, as well as in office. Many clients find the comfort and privacy of their own space more conducive to healing and progress. For added support, I provide audio recordings of sessions to reinforce the work we do together.
