- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates for with other than standard service calls. If a normal service call is actually needed as a proposal, we will give the proposal for free and there will be no charge for the change.

Introduction, analysis of what exactly is needed and then a comprehensive plan to meet the need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
TLC has over 20 yrs hands on experience in all things outdoors, concentrating mainly on irrigation.
