- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free assessments in Sarasota and Manatee counties and a 10% discount for Veterans , Military and First responders. Every project is different making the price different but as a family owned and operated local business we are able to keep our pricing down, unlike the bigger nation wide companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to best serve our customers we provide a complete inspection of the property. Going over points of entry, type/types of animals , how long trapping will take and what we can do to seal up the property. We understand that every customer and every property is different so we take the time and play detective, making sure we inspect every part of the property. Inside and out.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Erik has over ten years experience working in the wildlife field. After working for a nationally recognized large company he and his wife decided to starting a locally owned company that would be able to serve their community with personal attention. Treating our customers like the neighbors they are.
