- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
⚙️Appliance Repair⚙️ $75 - diagnosis fee. After diagnostics (1-20 minutes) an estimate for the repair is made. Diagnosis fee charge waived completely with repair work order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer should create new work order. At the agreed time the technician will come to do the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished training school. I have 4 certificates and 6 years practice.
