He came and knew immediately what my problem was. We have two labs and the vent was clogged with dog hair and sand from them playing outside. If you have dogs, you know dog hair is everywhere in your world. He was very very professional showed me what he was doing and explained everything, in a timely manner.I will definitely keep his information and call him for other repair work. He let me know what time he would be here and he was here at that time.. thank you again
