THIS IS AN UPDATE!!! READ BEFORE YOU HIRE!!! This company and Vitalii IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED THUMBTACK SMALL PERSONAL BUSINESS COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH IN FL!!!!! HE IS COURTEOUS, BUSINESS DRIVEN BECAUSE HIS NAME IS HIS BRAND. HE DOES EVERYTHING HE CAN TO GET TO YOU AND IF HE CAN’T COME PERSONALLY, HE WILL SEND SOMEONE WHO IS JUST AS COMPETENT. HE CAME OUT TO FIX MY DRYER IN JANUARY. HEATING ELEMENT. NO HOT AIR. IT WAS FRIED. EXCELLENT SERVICE THEN. I WAS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE TWO DAYS AGO. HE COULD NOT MAKE IT SO QUICKLY SO HE SENT OUT ANOTHER FOR MY CONVENIENCE AND TIMELINE. THAT PERSON WAS ALSO PROFESSIONAL AND FOUND THAT IT WAS ELECTRICAL AT THIS TIME. NOT THE ELEMENT. I CALLED VETERANS AIR FOR ELECTRICAL. THEY CAME OUT AND SAID NO ELECTRICAL ISSUE. IT’S THE DRYER. SO NOW I’VE PAID TWO PEOPLE IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS AND STILL THE DRYER IS NOT WORKING. I CALLED SRQ, VITALLY BACK, AND AS BUSY AS HE WAS HE CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY. HE CHECKED EVERYTHING OVER AND OVER UNTIL HE COULD FIGURE OUT WHY THIS HEAT WAS NOT WORKING. ELEMENT WAS IN TACT. VOLTAGE WAS THERE. THERMOSTATS WERE BOTH WORKING CORRECTLY. BUT HE KEPT TRYING, AND THEN BAM THERE IT WAS. IT WAS ELECTRICAL. HIS GUY WAS RIGHT! VETERANS WAS WRONG!! THE PLUG OR PLUG PRONG OR WALL OUTLET HAS A SHORT!!! IF YOU PLUG ALL THE WAY IN IT BLOWS OUT COLD AIR, IF YOU TAKE IT OUT SLIGHTLY FROM WALL IT BLOWS OUT HOT AIR!!! THE PROBLEM WAS IN FACT ELECTRICAL AND VETERANS WAS WRONG!!!! HE PUT EVERYTHING BACK TOGETHER AND DID NOT CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR THE TIME. I CALLED VETERANS AND TOLD THEM WHY THEY WERE WRONG AFTER THEY CHARGED ME A SERVICE FEE TO COME OUT AND TELL ME IT WAS NOT ELECTRICAL AND THEY ARE COMING BACK AS A WARRANTY CALL SO AS NOT TO CHARGE ME AGAIN, ON MONDAY MORNING. (Meantime now that I know the problem I can dry my cloths that have been washed three times now, working the plug just right, and they dried). SO I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT SRQ AND VITALII AND AJ’S INTELLIGENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM, AND DETERMINATION TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR THEIR CUSTOMER. HEAR ME OUT ONCE AGAIN. IF YOU NEED AN APPLIANCE REPAIR MAN DO NOT, AND I MEAN DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER!!! THIS GUY, THIS COMPANY IS YOUR GO TO. I CANNOT EXPRESS IT ENOUGH. VITALII, THANK YOU AGAIN. THANK YOU AJ. YOU ARE IN MY PHONE. NO MORE THROUGH THUMBTACK. YOU ARE MY APPLIANCE GURUE!!YOUR INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM IS BEYOND WORDS. ESPECIALLY IN TODAYS WORLD. YOU HAVE OLD SCHOOL VALUES AND IT SHOWS AND IS GREAT TO SEE THAT SOME PEOPLE LIKE YOU STILL EXIST!!! THANK YOU AGAIN AND PEOPLE…LOOK NO FURTHER…THIS IS YOUR GUY! I contacted him on Friday night and he was here Saturday morning. Figure out the dryer problem in a few minutes. Heating element overheated. Had parts on his truck. Fixed in less than a half hour! Highly recommend. Nice guy. Very polite and respectful. Will use again.

I had an excellent experience with this mechanic. He arrived very quickly, figured out the problem with my dryer right away, and fixed it without me having to explain much. The price was fair and reasonable, and he was very kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. 100% recommended! I’ll definitely call him again for any future repairs. Reliable and professional service!
