It was a surprise to come home from our trip and discover the refrigerator was not working. I submitted a request and within minutes received a response from Vitalii. Even on a Friday he arrived to check the issue and gave the estimate to get the parts. He offered to go on Saturday Morning to pick up the parts and repair knowing this was an urgent need.
