- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My work is not based on blind sqft or just some percent. I base it on what I believe will take to get the job done. No more no less. I don’t offer random discounts. Plumbers don’t Mechanics don’t and McDonalds doesn’t. You should expect honest consistent rates from your drafter or Architect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to get the conversation going and set expectations. Most homeowners this is the first time doing a remodel or addition or new home and they don’t know what they don’t know. I love to help walk through that process in the most clear transparent and helpful way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life and experience has been the best educator. Worked in residential construction for years and the with some solid mentors in commercial and residential architecture for the last 15-20 years over the nation. I got my architectural degree from Auburn. Working with great contractors and clients. All of it has been helpful in my education and ability to serve others.
