That’s why our rates are tailored to the type of job, the size of the area, and the level of effort required. Key aspects of our pricing: Custom Estimates: We don’t charge the same for every client. We evaluate the space, complexity, and estimated time to give you a fair price with no hidden fees. Based on Square Footage: Our cleaning prices are calculated according to the area size, with clear rates based on square footage ranges. Flat Rates + Possible Add-ons: Some special services (debris removal, post-construction cleaning, specialized chemicals) may have additional charges that are always explained before starting. Discounts Available: Discounts for repeat customers or monthly contracts. Referral promotions. Special seasonal offers. No Surprise Charges: The agreed price is the final price. Everything is documented in writing.

At Global World PTY LLC, we focus on providing a professional, clear, and efficient experience from the very first interaction. Our typical process with a new client includes the following steps: 1. First Contact and Consultation: We listen to the client, understand their needs, and collect basic project information (type of service, location, area size, urgency, etc.). 2. Evaluation and Custom Quote: Depending on the case, we may request photos or perform a quick visit to provide a fair and accurate estimate. 3. Approval and Scheduling: Once the estimate is approved, we schedule the date and time based on availability and the client's preferences. 4. Professional Execution of the Job: We arrive on time with the necessary equipment, perform the job with attention to detail, and leave the area clean and organized. 5. Final Check and Client Satisfaction: Before leaving, we review everything with the client to ensure the results meet expectations. If needed, we make immediate adjustments. 6. Follow-Up and Customer Loyalty: After the service, we follow up briefly to ensure satisfaction and offer support if anything else comes up.
